The need
H&M sought to revolutionise its clothing design process by integrating AI-driven insights to better align collections with customer demand. The goal was to create a tool that could analyse social media data in real time, providing designers with actionable intelligence to inform their design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
The assignment
As the UX Lead, I was responsible for:
Spearheading the creation of an AI-driven tool with an intuitive interface for clothing designers.
Leveraging real-time social media insights to inform fashion design decisions.
Conducting in-depth user research and integrating advanced AI technology into the design process.
Crafting user-centric experiences and ensuring the tool effectively met the needs of designers.
